We respect your right to delete your account and personal data. This page explains how to request account deletion and what happens to your data.
You can delete your Linkgo account using any of the following methods:
Open Linkgo and tap the Settings icon on the home screen.
Navigate to your Profile section.
Scroll down and tap "Delete Account". Confirm your decision when prompted.
Send an email to privacy@gameupp.co with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include:
We will process your request within 7 business days and send you a confirmation email.
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
Certain data may be retained for legal and operational purposes:
Immediately
Your account is deactivated and you are logged out. You can no longer sign in.
Within 30 Days
All personal data is permanently deleted from our active systems and databases.
Within 90 Days
Data is removed from all backup systems.
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.
Deleting your Linkgo account will also trigger deletion of your data from our third-party service providers:
