1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or playing Linkgo ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
2. Description of Service
Linkgo is a word puzzle game that offers:
- Multiple game modes (Word Hunt, Target Word, Daily Challenge, Zen, Word Chain, Letter Blast, Tournament)
- In-app purchases of virtual items (gems, power-ups, lives)
- Leaderboards and social features
- Daily challenges and achievements
- Seasonal events and tournaments
3. Eligibility
- The Game is designed for general audiences
- Users under 18 require parental permission to make purchases
- Parents are responsible for monitoring their children's use of the Game
4. Account
4.1 Account Creation
- You may play as a guest or create an account to save your progress
- You can sign in with Google or Apple
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You agree to provide accurate and current information
4.2 Account Security
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access
4.3 Account Deletion

5. Virtual Items and In-App Purchases
5.1 Virtual Currency and Items
- The Game offers virtual items including gems, power-ups, and lives
- Virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash
- All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law
5.2 VIP Subscriptions
- Plans: Weekly ($2.99/week), Monthly ($7.99/month), Yearly ($49.99/year)
- Benefits: Pause timer, unlimited hints, ad-free experience, 2x rewards
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at purchase confirmation. Renewal charges apply within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Management: You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings
- Price Changes: Subscription prices may change; you will be notified in advance
5.3 Payment Terms
- Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account
5.4 Refund Policy
Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies. Contact the respective platform for refund requests.
6. User Conduct
You agree NOT to:
- Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or mods
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Game or its systems
- Harass, abuse, or harm other players
- Use the Game for any commercial purposes
- Submit false or misleading information
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
7. Intellectual Property
The Game and all content, including graphics, sound, code, and trademarks, are owned by GameUpp. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes.
8. Privacy

9. Game Modifications
- We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Game at any time
- We may add, change, or remove features without notice
- You may need to update the Game to continue using it
10. Termination
10.1 By You
You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it and/or deleting your account.
10.2 By Us
We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms. We may also terminate the Game service at any time with reasonable notice.
10.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will cease. Virtual items and progress may be lost. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
11. Disclaimers
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GameUpp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GameUpp, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Game or violation of these Terms.
14. Third-Party Services
The Game integrates with third-party services including Apple/Google (payments, authentication), Firebase (analytics, crash reporting), Supabase (backend), and RevenueCat (purchases). Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.
15. Dispute Resolution
- We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes informally
- Any disputes not resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration
- You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits
16. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
17. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through in-game notifications or app store update notes. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance.
18. Platform-Specific Provisions
Apple App Store
These Terms are between you and GameUpp, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support and is not responsible for any claims related to the Game.
Google Play Store
These Terms are between you and GameUpp, not Google. Google has no obligation or liability related to the Game.
