Royal Chain - Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or playing Royal Chain ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not play the Game.

2. License to Play

GameUpp grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play Royal Chain for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the Game
• Use cheats, exploits, or automation software
• Sell, transfer, or sublicense your account
• Use the Game for commercial purposes
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

3. Accountregistratie

Om toegang te krijgen tot bepaalde functies van Royal Chain, moet u mogelijk een account aanmaken.

• U moet nauwkeurige en volledige informatie verstrekken
• U bent verantwoordelijk voor het behouden van accountbeveiliging
• U moet minimaal 4 jaar oud zijn (of ouderlijke toestemming hebben)
• Eén persoon mag slechts één account hebben
• Het delen van accounts is verboden

4. In-App Purchases

Royal Chain offers optional in-app purchases for virtual items, currency, and features.

• All purchases are final and non-refundable (unless required by law)
• Virtual items have no real-world value
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• We may modify, remove, or discontinue virtual items at any time
• Promotional offers are subject to specific terms

5. User Conduct

When playing Royal Chain, you agree NOT to:

• Harass, bully, or threaten other players
• Use offensive, inappropriate, or hateful language
• Share personal information of others
• Spam, advertise, or promote external services
• Impersonate other players or GameUpp staff
• Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts
• Engage in real-money trading (RMT) of virtual items

6. Intellectual Property

All content in Royal Chain, including but not limited to graphics, music, characters, storylines, and code, is owned by GameUpp and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. User-Generated Content

If Royal Chain allows you to create or share content (e.g., custom levels, avatars):

• You retain ownership of your original content
• You grant GameUpp a worldwide, royalty-free license to use your content
• Your content must not violate any laws or third-party rights
• We may remove content that violates these Terms

8. Game Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Update, modify, or discontinue the Game at any time
• Change game balance, features, or virtual items
• Perform scheduled or emergency maintenance
• Remove features or content without compensation

9. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Use cheats or exploits
• Harass other players
• Are inactive for an extended period

Account termination may result in loss of all virtual items, progress, and in-app purchases without refund.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Royal Chain is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Game will be:

• Error-free or uninterrupted
• Compatible with all devices
• Free from viruses or harmful components
• Available at all times

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GameUpp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of Royal Chain.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold GameUpp harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Game.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes via in-game notification or email.
