Delete Your Data - Block Puzzle

Block Puzzle has no user accounts. You never sign up or log in, so there is no account to close. This page explains how to delete the data that the Game and its service providers hold.

1. Delete your game data on the device

iPhone / iPad: touch and hold the Block Puzzle icon → Remove App → Delete App.
Android: Settings → Apps → Block Puzzle → Storage → Clear storage (or uninstall the app).

This permanently deletes your progress, scores, coins, power-ups, themes and settings. We do not keep a copy on our servers, so this data cannot be recovered.

2. Ask us to delete analytics and purchase data

Send an email to privacy@gameupp.co with the subject “Block Puzzle data deletion”. Tell us your platform (iOS or Android). If you can, include the order number of a purchase (from your App Store or Google Play receipt) so we can find the related RevenueCat record.

We reply within 30 days. We delete the matching Firebase Analytics and RevenueCat data we can find. Records that Apple and Google must keep for tax and legal reasons stay with them.

3. Advertising data

iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → turn off Block Puzzle (or “Allow Apps to Request to Track”).
Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID.
Data already collected by Google AdMob is handled under Google’s policy; you can manage it at myadcenter.google.com.

4. Subscriptions

Deleting the Game does not cancel a VIP subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
