1. Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and GameUpp for the Block Puzzle mobile game (“the Game”). By downloading or playing the Game you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for non-commercial use. All rights in the Game (code, graphics, sounds, voices, music, names and logos) belong to GameUpp or its licensors.

3. Coins, power-ups and other virtual items

• Coins, power-ups, themes and other in-game items are a limited licence to use content inside the Game. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred or sold.
• Progress and items are saved on your device. If you delete the Game or lose your device, earned items may be lost; purchased non-consumable items (“Remove Ads”) and VIP can be restored with “Restore Purchases”.

4. Purchases

• Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Prices are shown in the Game before you buy and may vary by country.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Except where the law says otherwise, purchases are final.
• If you are under the age of majority where you live, get a parent’s or guardian’s permission before buying.

5. VIP subscription

• VIP is an optional auto-renewing subscription, offered weekly, monthly or yearly. While it is active you get no ads, 100 free coins every day and every theme unlocked.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel the subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period stays active until it ends.
• If we change a subscription price, Apple or Google will tell you in advance as required by their rules.

6. Ads

The free version of the Game shows ads from third parties. Rewarded ads are always optional. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the products they promote.

7. Fair play

You agree not to cheat, use bots or modified versions of the Game, exploit bugs, interfere with ads or purchases, reverse engineer the Game (except where the law allows it), or use the Game for any unlawful purpose.

8. Changes and availability

We may update, change or remove features, content, events and themes, or stop offering the Game, at any time. Some features need an internet connection; the core game works offline.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GameUpp is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or in-game items. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Game in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

You can stop using the Game at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end your licence if you break these Terms.

11. Apple App Store

If you downloaded the Game from the App Store: these Terms are between you and GameUpp, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Game or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is not responsible for any claims relating to the Game (including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual-property claims). If the Game fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence still apply.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
